Questions about plans
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. You can cancel any time during the trial from your App Store or Google Play account and you won't be charged. We'll remind you before the trial ends.
What do I get for free, forever?
A daily plan built from your check-in, one mental exercise a day, the daily challenge with anonymous comparison, a selection of the catalog, basic sleep content, the journal, and your Bambú plant with streaks and reminders.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel from your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and it won’t renew.
Do you show ads or sell data?
No ads, ever, and we never sell your data. Your journal, check-ins and mood are private.
Is there a student or regional price?
Prices are listed in USD; the App Store and Google Play show the equivalent in your local currency, which may vary by country.
