1. Who we are

Bambú is a service of ROCKALABS LLC, 68 Mountain Ave, Westwood, NJ 07675, United States. Contact: [email protected].

2. What Bambú is

A mind trainer: a wellbeing app with meditations, sleep content, mental exercises, a daily challenge, a private journal and an adaptive daily plan.

Bambú is not a medical or therapy service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace a health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline.

3. Your account

You can start without an account; to keep your progress across devices and manage your subscription you’ll create one with email, Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account). See Delete account.

4. Plans and payments

Bambú has a free plan and a paid Premium plan. See the Subscription terms.

5. AI features

Some Premium features use AI (e.g. the coach or journal reflection, when available). AI responses can be wrong: use them to support your practice, not as medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Fair-use limits apply.

The daily challenge, anonymous comparison, challenging a friend and the friends’ forest are optional. Only your streak, your Bambú and your challenge answers are shared. Don’t use them to harass others or share offensive or illegal content.

7. Acceptable use

No illegal use, unauthorized access to our systems, bulk copying or scraping of content, or interference with the service.

8. Content and intellectual property

Meditations, audio, voices, texts, exercises, the brand and design belong to ROCKALABS LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in the app. Your journal entries and answers are yours.

9. Liability

We work to keep Bambú available and working well but cannot guarantee it at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We will notify you in advance of material changes.
