Delete your Bambú account

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Bambú.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile; progress, Bambú plant and streak; check-ins, journal and exercise/challenge answers; preferences, reminders and registered devices; coach conversations and memory, if any. Everything is permanently erased within 7 days; encrypted backups rotate within 30 days [TBC]. We keep only what the law requires (e.g. billing records).

Important: your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play — see the Subscription terms.
