1. Plans

Your final price in local currency, including taxes, is shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. If you subscribed before October 2026, you keep your price while your subscription stays active.
2. Payment
Charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account. Bambú never sees your card.
3. Free trial
The 7-day trial applies to the yearly plan, once per store account. We’ll remind you 2 days before it ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly plan starts and the first year is charged. Extra Premium days earned through a friend’s challenge never trigger a charge.
4. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
5. How to cancel
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bambú.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bambú. Google help
You keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your Bambú account does not cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds
Handled by Apple or Google under their policies: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) · Google Play.
7. Price changes
The store will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before a new price applies.
